Yes, absolutely! Please book a consultation meeting with us where we will introduce our services and explain how everything works.

Our headquarters are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands so the ideal working hours are between 9am and 6pm CET but our team can adapt based on your needs. We have a lot of experience communicating with overseas clients in the United States, Japan, New Zealand, etc.

We prefer to give our virtual assistants weekends off to allow them to take a break but depending on requirements and urgency we are able to adjust our working hours to you.

 

Tools we use everyday include; Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Trello, WordPress, Monday.com, Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Ads, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Skyscanner, Miro, Notion, 1Password.

Our preferred language is English but we can also speak Slovak, Czech and conversational Dutch.

Yes, of course. We prefer to form long-term working relationships with our clients.

 

Yes, clients with temporary projects or one-off tasks are able to buy a package with pre-set number of hours which are valid until all hours of work have been used up. Please see our pricing page for more information.

Privacy

Our assistant onboarding process typically takes around 24 hours after receiving access to all necessary accounts and tools. Once we have all the necessary information, our team will schedule a kick-off meeting with you to review all tasks and get to work!
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. While we may require access to certain accounts or information to effectively assist you, rest assured that we handle your data with the highest level of confidentiality. We strictly adhere to privacy policies and only access the information necessary to carry out the assigned tasks. Our Terms & Conditions include non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses and our assistants are not allowed to download or make any copies of private data. You are always in charge of who has access to what information.
We take data security seriously and use secure tools like 1Password and others for sharing sensitive information, such as credit card details. Additionally, you are always in charge of who has access to this data. We’ll work closely with you to ensure your privacy preferences are respected and maintained.
Absolutely! We understand the need for confidentiality in our line of work. If desired, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to guarantee that all information shared remains confidential and protected. In addition, our Terms & Conditions include non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses by default.

If you are a business professional looking for continuous support, we suggest purchasing a subscription which auto-renews every month to avoid the hassle of multiple payments. If you are looking for help with a short-term project, we would suggest looking into one of our hour packages.

Our clients are able to pay for their purchases via invoice / bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.

No, our clients are able to purchase a package of pre-set hours. Once these hours are used up, a new package needs to be purchased. If you are looking for continuous support, we suggest buying a subscription which auto-renews every month to avoid the hassle of multiple payments. In addition, every client that signs up for a monthly subscription for at least 2 months will receive a 10% discount!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services we cannot offer refunds on already completed work. In case you wish to terminate your one-off package prematurely, we will refund the remaining unused hours. Refunds on monthly subscriptions are not available.

Your monthly subscription can be cancelled every month before the next billing cycle. One-off packages can be cancelled any time before the hours have been used up. In both cases, a written request to ca***********@bo********.com is required. Refunds can only be issued on the remainder of hours for one-off packages. This does not apply to monthly subscriptions.
